Getting started

• Import a recording. Make a screen recording on your iPhone or Mac, then drop it into a new Dummo project. Dummo does not record your screen itself — it works on the clips you bring in.
• Dress it up. Wrap it in an iPhone, iPad, or MacBook frame over any color, gradient, or image; add tap indicators, text, stickers, and auto-zoom.
• Export. Pick a preset (App Store preview, Reel, Story, or a standard ratio) and export. On iPhone you can save straight to Photos.

Dummo Pro

Dummo is free. A one-time Dummo Pro purchase unlocks custom stickers, fonts, colors and gradients, connecting Claude on Mac, and watermark-free exports. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account — one purchase unlocks Pro on your Mac and iPhone. Use Restore Purchases in Settings if Pro doesn't show up on a new device, and Redeem Code if you have a promo code.

iCloud sync

Your projects, backgrounds, stickers, and fonts sync across your devices through your own private iCloud account whenever you're signed in to iCloud. There's nothing to configure. If something looks out of date, open Settings and tap Sync now.

Editing with Claude (Mac)

On the Mac, Dummo Pro can let Claude read and edit your open project through a local connection on your own machine. It’s off by default and you turn it on in Settings › Claude. To learn what it can access, see the Privacy Policy.
