Getting started

• Build your routine. Set up the workouts you actually do, with the exercises in the order you do them.
• Log your sets. At the gym, tap through your session and record weight and reps as you go.
• Rest with the timer. The built-in rest timer starts when you finish a set, so you know exactly when to go again.

iCloud sync

There are no accounts and no Solid servers. Your workout data stays on your device and syncs across your devices privately through your own iCloud account whenever you're signed in to iCloud. There's nothing to configure.
